This company was good when my building first hired them. It was a small business and the people working there were very responsive. However, as they grew and the original helpful/efficient people left, it went downhill. Response time was terrible and staff was getting belligerent. I’m on the board of a condo association in NW DC. Roost managed our association from 2021-2023. The company has experienced high turnover among property managers and the result has been disorganization and purposeful neglect of our community. We were told about the abrupt resignation of our latest property manager (the second one this year) by a Roost mid-level employee over the summer.
