I washed one of Arlington’s properties in Mobile, Alabama. The Mirage Apts they have an outstanding overdue invoice that they will not communicate with me and they have not paid. I’ve tried to call Lindsay Vance multiple times. Email her call her and left voicemails with no return calls. I sent her completion photos and she said that’s all she needed and she has never returned. One communicated attempt after that. Do not work for this company. To be frank, the community at Tapestry Turfway (owned and operated by Arlington Properties) is poorly managed. Renting here was one of the worst decisions I've made in my adult-life. This is how my time with Tapestry Turfway ended. We were building a house prior to us signing a lease with them. During our walk through with Denise (leasing agent), we asked very pointedly what is the penalty for breaking the lease early, as we certainly would be, just had no hard date. Arlington Properties truly represents Integrity Uncompromised! I’ve worked for them for 4 years and have never been with a company more concerned with their employees and customers!
