Roos Only is the only place I trust to service my 12 year old Subaru. Actually it the only place I have ever taken it to. As a working professional musician, getting to work is essential, that is why I ALWAYS take my car to Roos Only! I can not begin to tell you how many times they have helped me out in a pinch, even loaning me a car so I could make it to work while mine is being repaired or maintained. I won't go any where else. Baki and the crew are great dependable people. I went in as a woman on defense because I have been ripped off and lied to in the past. Roos Only is honest and reliable , they will let you know what needs to be done and what should be done. No high pressure sales or belittling here. Highly reccomend , and I will be back!

No Integrity. I took my 2011 Subaru Outback to them because it was overheating. At first they could not determine what was wrong so they suggested changing the filters and thermostat and flush the coolant ($250, but totally shooting in the dark). When it overheated again I took it back and they determined that it was a faulty ECM ($850, and said they would guarantee their work if it ended up not solving the problem). My wife and I have taken our Subaru Outbacks here for several years. We have always been very pleased with the service. The prices are fair, and they never try to push unnecessary repairs on us. To the contrary, they often try to save us money (i.e. only make repairs when needed, and recommend affordable alternative repair options) while keeping our Outbacks in good working order. An honest and competent place, highly recommended.
I don"t know about those other reviews, all I can write is what I have experienced with Roos Only. I only have praise for this place that my brother a former auto mechanic (he moved) told me to go to because he trusted them and had use them for his mechanic business. I have been using Roos since 2008, they are good, trusting people and have alway done right by me.
