I originally took my car to another mechanic& they werent able to fix anything! I brought my car here and it was replaced quickly with great customer service!
First visit, but it was a quality experience
I've used Roos for about 7 years -- since they were located further north on Federal and they have always been great. In fact, I probably wouldn't go that far south if they weren't so good to me.
I love Roos! I have been taking my car here since 1997. My car still runs like a champ. Yeah I have had the head gasket problem,but after I fixed it I haven't had any other major problems. They always show me what needs repaired and they get my car back to me normally pretty quick. I noticed the other reviews posted and I had to make my voice heard. My Girlfriend and I have been going to this shop for some time now. I have always been treated good and have not had any problems. I work with severall other Subaru owners and a couple of them take thier cars to Roos Only. The few that do not often tell us how they wish our repair shop was close so they could have a dependable subaru shp to go to.
Went in for the fist time, they were great and fairly priced!

They come highly recommended by myself and severall other Subaru repair shops!
I have been goin to rocky for a long time. Lets just say my car just reached 401k miles recently and they have done all the repairs on it! I think its nice to know they can take your car and care for it as thier own I actually brought in a cake at 400k miles and we all celebrated!
