First of all I never once got to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car. Therefore the work to be done was not explained in detail, how much they charge per hour and if they have a marup on parts. I never viewed the problem they claimed to find nor the location of the parts to be replaced. After the work was done i did not see the old parts they had replaced. I will only go to Roos! – I will only take my cars to Roos. My family has three vehicles that Roos has been taking care of for many years. We used to go to the Roos further North on Federal. When they moved South I tried another repiar shop and got screwed. So now I take the journey down South to go to Roos. I would recommend this place to friends with Subies!
*WARNING* This shop will over charge for parts and labor. Yes they will fix your original problem but then you end up having more issues with what they fixed and then other strange things start to go wrong. Please report all issues with this shop to your local "Better Business Bureau" Stay away from this shop! You are warned!
Stop! avoid this place! – Don't go here unless you want to be fleeced by "Rocky and his boys. 1. Never saw my car after they took it. 2. Did not take me out to the shop to meet the mechanic. 3. Never showed me or explained to me any detail of the problem. 4. Charged me very high prices on new parts. 5. Never saw the old parts after they took them out. 6. Had to return to fix same problem, but some how it was a different part. 7. After I left the shop I encounter a new mechanical problem, which they claim they did not cause.
