Rooftek replaced our roof and rain gutters following a destructive windstorm. I initially had a frustrating time with one of their salesmen (Marcus) who promised the moon and never delivered. After a few phone calls, Rooftek sent Brian to take over. Brian was on top of everything, had a crew at my house within a relatively short time period, even before the day he promised. Bait and switch! Brent came out last week and assured me he works with my insurance company all the time and even offered to put up a temporary fix on the hole on my roof since it was about to storm. I assumed it would or was complimentary since we hadn't agreed he'd even be hired for the job. I thought initially his customer service and care for my home and family was outstanding.
