We hired RoofTek based on the good ratings and positive reviews. We did our homework-we spent weeks, not just a day or two, researching companies, checking licenses, insurance, BBB, reviews, etc. We unfortunately chose RoofTek. At first I was excited to work with RoofTek because the sales representative was truly helpful in getting my claim filed and giving me information on what the company would do, but when it came to the actual date scheduled for instillation no one showed up. I waited a few hours to give them the benefit of the doubt, but finally called in to see what was going on. The basis of this negative review is that Rooftek salesman who came out to my house to give a roof bid enticed and pushed me to committ insurance fraud. Within a couple minutes of getting on my roof he stated I had hail and wind damage and that he was 100% sure he could "get me a new roof". I wasn't sure what was really meant by this so I proceed to talk with him and set up a claim and have my insurance adjustor come out to review my roof.
