We had Roofing Specialists re-do the roof on our 19 year old house. Their price was not the lowest, but very competitive - we decided to go with them based on our impressions from our meeting the sales rep, and also from the reviews on this site. They also offered a 10 year workmanship warranty, which many others did not. They were able to schedule the work quickly, they showed up when promised, and the work was done efficiently and with good attention to detail.
A man came by and took a look at my roof. I needed a few missing shingles replaced.The job done the same day.I had phone the company that did the roof 3 year ago and they had gone bankrupt.I phoned four other companys. They called me right away, the repair was done quickly and in a timely fashion

We replaced our roof last week . The entire job from estimate to completion was seamless and stress free . The crew cleaned up , arrived on time , and finished the job in under 2 days . I would recommend them . They were professional and helpful.We were pleased.
After a heavy rainfall we noticed that some water was seeping into a bedroom. I called 5 companies to come out and give me estimates. Each company informed me that an entire new roof was required. Roofing specialists took a look and gave me the option of either replacing the roof now or completing some repairs that would address the issue and a total replacement for 2 more winters.
