Your service man is amazing as a roofer and as a person! His approach to finding problems is second to none. He's not there to "sell you a complete roof replacement", which is what most roofers usually do. Rather, he goes through a process of elimination where he isolates one issue and then moves to the next if needed. He will be my roofer as long as I own a home and I will definitely be referring Roofing Specialists to all my friends and family.

I had the guys from Roofing Specialists NW come out and repair my roof. They showed up a day after I call in.Had repair crew out the next day!!! WHAT GREAT SERVICE !!!!! The Roof should be good for a while!! If you need a roof DONE you should call these GUYS!!

Roofing Specialists NW has exceeded my expectations! Right from the initial call where they provided all the details and answered my questions. They arrived when they said they would(and very quickly too!), and did an excellent job! They fixed the holes in my valley and found and repaired other problems too. All for a reasonable price. The before and after pictures are excellent.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I emailed in the morning about a leak in the ceiling of a second floor bathroom. I was lucky enough to have one of the service trucks in my area. They were able to drop by the same day! Right from first contact I was impressed. They were courteous and thorough, explaining the problems with my flat roof. Two areas were identified as possible culprits. Within a short period of time the areas were patched. They came, they repaired. A few shingles had blown off. Roofing Specialists NW came and replaced them. They also inspected the rest of the roof - resealed some vents. And made suggestions. They didn't say "we have to replace your whole roof" They did exactly what needed to be done in an efficient and timely manner. Outstanding.
