We found Roofing Specialists and based on reviews decided to e-mail them when we discovered a leak in the bathroom coming from the bathroom vent. They called within the hour and set up an appointment for the very next day. Speedy and Reliable – I called Roofing Specialists NW when we had a mysterious roof leak on our second floor. They responded quickly and found the problem to be a leak around the plumbing stack. In stead of just using caulking or whatever sealant they use they suggested it be replaced properly to avoid further service calls in the future. I recently experienced a leaking roof . I decided to use Roofing Specialists NW after finding them on line and reading the many positive reviews. After an initial assessment and temporary repair job I found that more extensive repair job would be required.Roofing Specialists NW staff were friendly and very professional.Roofing Specialists NW subtracted the cost of the initial assessment and temporary repair from the final invoice. Window cleaner reported roof damage . Roofing Specialists NW inspected, quoted repairs , and actually recommended I get a new roof, which is not to their advantage. I was impressed with their integrity and professionalism.

PROFESSIONALISM .. courteous staff – This is a company that exemplifies the word "PROFESSIONALISM". The representative came, assessed the situation and gave us a very detailed description of what needed to be done as well as the cost. Very courteous staff and they followed up after to make sure the problem was fixed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company...they deserve more than 10 stars.

At this very busy time of year (for roofers) Roofing Specialists was prompt in returning our slightly frantic calls and scheduled a rep. to come by and get the work done swiftly. The job was expertly completed with accompanying photos to assure us that they had done a superior job. We feel they certainly did. We would use them again without hesitation.

We have used Roofing Specialists on two homes now and are very satisfied. They are courteous, quick, and clean up nicely after themselves. The staff goes out of their way to answer all your questions and prepare you for what to expect, and I think they left my yard looking nicer than it was when they started.
