WE DISCOVERED THE Roofing Specialists Northwest IN 2013 WHEN WE HAD POOR RESULTS WITH OTHER COMPETITORS. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. WITH THIS ROOF, WE NEEDED A CERTIFICATION. WE CALLED ANOTHER ROOFER WHO DID NOT SHOW UP. WE CALLED THE ROOFING COMPANY BUT THOUGHT THE COST FOR CERTIFICATION WAS TOO HIGH. CHUCK NOTICED OUR MESSAGE AND REMEMBERED OUT NAME. The work was professionally done. If we had any questions we could ask the team on site or call the contractor for prompt answer. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The crew cleaned up each night prior to departing ensuring there was no debris that could damage our truck. Entire staff were very professional.

When we met with the estimator we were told that replacement shingles would not match "exactly". I was not present during the repair work but my husband was. The replacement shingles are not even close in color and had I been present, I would have stopped the work and searched myself for a better match. I should have viewed the shingles prior to the work being done and that was my fault.
