Roof Master does not honor their warranty. 6 months after they repaired my roof it leaked worse than before. They ignored my repeated calls to honor their one year warranty. Finally after many irritating phone calls they finally showed up. The owner told me he put a “bandaid” on it so it might last 6 more months. Now a month later it is leaking again. They refuse to communicate with me. I am in the process of suing them for failure to honor their warranty. Stay away from this dishonest business.
These folks do such beautiful work. I've seen their repair work and their re roofs. I always recommend Roof Master to my family and friends. They are very, very professional yet very nice at the same time. I recommend them to you.
Roof Master Inc did a wonderful job with my mom's roof. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
