The staff were unprofessional and did not provide an acceptable level of customer service. The clinic appeared to need better cleaning and disinfection practices to ensure a safe environment for patients. Staff should treat patients with greater respect and communicate more clearly and professionally. Improving customer service, cleanliness, and communication would greatly enhance the patient experience.
Very Attentive Doctor and staff. Great atmosphere. Comfortable to deal with. Handles referrals with ease. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Not easy to find good primary care providers around. So glad We chose Dr. Penalver.
