I cannot praise these guys enough! They were incredibly nice, and explained everything that needed to be done, and when I explained that I couldn't afford to do everything right now, they were not pushy at all! It was refreshing to have someone who is professional but also down to earth and PATIENT. I would recommend Ronnie's Tank service to anyone and everyone who needs their septic tank serviced!! Recently had a slow drain. Called another company to come out. They got it cleared, but cost a bundle. Even after the clearing I was told they could not rule out a problem with my septic tank. I found Ronnie's online and gave them a call. Came ouT the next day to do a pump out of my tank. This was for peace of mind on my part. Tank did need pumping. My toilet was saying, blub blub, I looked on internet for help , I pulled up septic in covington and seen all the reviews on Ronnies septic, I called him ,I told him what It was doing he told me to go outside and look for a white pipe sticking out of the ground like a big ball and loosen it and let the pressure off and kepted from flooding my floor until he could get there , I did and Ronnie and Daniel came out the next day and fixed my problem and saved my house, Thank you Ronnie and Daniel , see you in 3 yrs.
