My toilet started filling up when I flushed and slowly going down ,so I went and got draino to fix it. That didn't work and came up into my tub and ran over in the toilet down stairs. I went to yellowpages.com and Found Ronnie's Septic , he told me that it sound like my tank was full and he said when the tank gets full it can backup in to the lines and not to try to flush. I had sewage surfacing in my yard (due to not pumping the tank soon enough & clogging the outlet). When I called Ronnie I asked about basic pumping & major repairs. He immediately told me there was very little chance I needed major repairs. He came out & looked over the situation & told me it wouldn't require a new drain field, just a few yards of pipe replacement or a bypass of the clogged section. As if things are not crazy enough around here today.My toliet run's over , I plunged . to find out it is coming up in the tub.I went to the yellow pages.com and found Ronnie's Septic and read the review , I called him and told him what was happening . After a Long hot day at work I arived at home at 8;00 p.m. and I wendt to take a shower, the bottom of my shower was full of sewage water. So I called Ronnie's Septic Service. Ronnie came over personally and pumped my Tank,unstoped my line, They finish in 45 minutes , A Fast and Friendly service. Great Job P.S. I got my Shower!! and will gladly use them again in future

They arrived 1/2 hour before their scheduled arrival time. A surprise in this day & age. They were courteous & cleaned up after they finished their work. The charge was exactly as quoted. No surprises or add-on charges. Highly recommended.
It was on Sunday ,It was my son's 13 birthday, I was having 20 preteens over. Water started backing up in my tolet that morning . I called Ronnie's Septic and He came out personally , In one hour He was finish ,no extra charge for Sunday at 6;30 a.m. Thank You Ronnie Septic for a Great Job
