My septic tank was supposed to have been emptied a month ago, but it clogged up again quickly. I called Ronnie's and from the start he was very friendly. He thought I would have to wait one whole day before he could get to my septic problems, but he called the very next morning and came right out. Come to find out the other septic cleaning company had only cleaned out about half of my tank, they completely cleaned my septic tank and unclogged a stopped up line. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Poop coming up in my shower. I went to y.p.com I seen all them stars and reviews on Ronnie's Septic. I called him, he walked me through my emergency clean out pipe, saved my bath room, and he came out and serviced my tank , Thank you Ronnie's septic P.S. See ya in 3 years

This review is long over due. Ronnie and his son came to Sandy Springs on July 4th to handle a blockage that we thought was a full septic tank. When it turned out to be more than that, they took care of the problem - and the rate was reasonable. An Atlanta would have charged way more. Thanks guys. Hope I don't need you anytime soon, but if I do I know who to call.

Ronnie was great to me. He could have told me that I had bad pump and charged me $1500.00 for a new one, but did not rip me off. The pump was not working because a GFI had tripped. Once we reset it, the pump worked fine and he only charged me for a regular service visit that was way overdue. Thanks Ronnie.I will remember you in 3 years when service is due again.

I called Ronnie's after sending another company away due to inaccurate and dishonest quotes. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In addition, he was able to make it to my home the same day. He was honest and did not try to "sell" me on anything. He did the job for the exact price he quoted me and went on his way. It is very rare in this day and age to come across honest, hardworking people. This family business is just that. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

In today's society many businesses have forgotten who the customer is. Ronnie's Septic Tank Service is the true meaning of great customer service. Dependable, Reasonable, and looking out for the customers best interest. Ronnie did not try to sell us unessential products or recommend work that was not needed. Ronnie truley looked out for our best intrest. We will always use his service in the future and tell everyone we know about Ronnie's Septic Tank Service.

My husband and I need our rental house septic tank services. We had called other companies prior to calling Ronnie. From prior experience with other companies. They were too expensive and out of the area. plus they had fix other things that was not necessary. We then decided to call Ronnie and they were on Time. Very reasonable with their prices and they would tell you what needed to be done too. I will use them again because of the services and honest advice they have given me and my husband. My toilet had been making a Bup Bup sound when I flushed and was slow to go down ,I thought it would fix it self "WRONG", the toilet filled up and almost ran over, I plunged but to no revel, my husband and I braced for a bad experience.We went to yellowpages.com and found Ronnie"s Septic ,We read the reviews and called Ronnie. He came out with his Son and Grandson,they service my tank and did a great job.
