Ronnie Watkins Ford is a class act dealership. Almost a year ago I bought a new 2015 F-150, and I haven't regretted it for one second! In fact, I like my F-150 a little more everyday. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made. With out a doubt the best truck on the road today!
Friday of Memorial Day Weekend I was able to get tires balanced and an A/C hose replaced on a (Dodge) truck. They had me out by 2pm! Outstanding Service!

Wow I can honestly say I absolutely will never ever buy another ford much less from Ronnie Watkins Ford absolutely worst customer service in the service dept I ever seen!!! Needless to say my car won't even go in park and that doesn't seem to be a safety concern or issue to them... Need I remind you that is it still under factory warranty that they refuse to cover and fix!!!
Some of the associates have no ethic here. We left our truck as a down payment/trade in for a truck from them and they turned around and sold it out from under us the next morning because someone brought in cash to reserve it and said they argued first come first serve....if that's the basis of your argument then that constitutes us as first in line. AND THEN if you weren't sure of the deal the customer had with another sales member then you should call them and clarify the deal before you go promising a truck to someone WHO... read more

This place was outstanding. I went to 13 car dealers trying to get me a car and everywhere showed me the door and wouldn't help me until I came to ronnie watkins. Darrin was great. He kept trying until he could get me something I would like and he was so great. He even stayed after hours to finish me and get me on the road in my new car. Ronnie Watkins has definitely earned my business from now on!!!!!
