Visited Ronnie personally to sale some advertising on a digital sign I had in town. We had a verbal, but when I showed up to the meeting he berated me and told me he was doing me a favor. So I left and sold the ad space to Nissan on rainbow drive the same day. Much better deal and business relationship.
