There service is awful, they tell you one thing and do another... even tho I love my car I want be buying another car from them ... maybe it's cause I'm a woman ... but it shouldn't matter who i am .. they should do what they say !!! Very disappointed in Ronnie Watkins Ford right now .,,
My wife and I have been using the Service Department at Ronnie Watkins for several years with excellent service and friendly people. I recently traded my Chevy Suburban used for work travel and towing my bass boat, the Sales team member was Mike Wallace. Mike showed me all of the F250 Superduty trucks with the 6.7 Diesel engine. Excellent service and they went above and beyond helping us. On a vacation trip from KY to FL, our transmission went completely out. They sent someone to us on the side of the interstate and took us back to the dealership and treated us like royalty! We give them 10�!!!
