In for routine 30,000 mile service. Ask to check battery and wiper blades also. Service tech Tyler was very professional and explained that the battery was showing that it needed to be replaced. He accomplished the service and replaced the battery and wiper blades as I had requested. He is an excellent employee. Very satisfied.
