I would like to brag on Ronnie Watkins Ford’s service department and all the gentlemen at the Quicklane! I had a horrible experience at Nissan of Gadsden yesterday when I dropped off my daughter ‘s new Kick’s and left walking down the drive to go to therapy because the 6 so called men I asked for help told me they could rent me a car! One of the employees Corey Epperson helped us purchase a new car. He was very nice and friendly and everyone was nice and friendly.
Great service and care. We were traveling through the area when our vehicle broke down on Saturday. Don and Joey got the vehicle in first thing Monday morning, got the parts needed and arranged for a rental car. The vehicle repairs were done as promised and on time so we're able to pickup our vehicle and make our trip home. Thank you Joey, Don and all mechanics involved.
