RecommendedHad an oil change last week. Got me in and out quickly even though they were very busy. Steve has always taken care of my car. Friendly and helpful. I tried a place closer to home last time, but wasn’t happy with the experience. Had to go back where I knew what to expect. 5 stars

My experience was very unique I had an unusual issue with my vehicle never have had any issues with any Ford product I have ever bought. The customer service I received was over and beyond and I really appreciate everything they did for me. We will continue to be customers.

Thank you Joey from the Service Dept at Ronnie Watkins Ford. I recently had 2 different car issues within a 4-5 week time period and Joey handled both issues professionally and in a kind manner. He did everything he could to make the time my car was being repaired as easy as possible for me. Thanks to Jacob we were able to get a 2019 Ford Escape. We have been customers of RWF for years and we are still pleased with the service they give us.
My husband, Andy & I had to buy another vehicle after someone hit our Vibe and it was totaled. We went to RWF just to look and ended up leaving with a 2019 Ford Escape.
