This practice is GREAT! The provider cares about his patients and listens to your problems with an empathetic ear. He has overcome so much and still has fulfilled his calling to be a medical provider.
I have never encounterd a more incompetent and inefficient doctor's office. The office does not even have computers so everything is done on paper, which obviously leads to problems. Upon leaving a voicemail to cancel an appointment they tried to charge me a no show fee. Since messages aren't checked, the next time I had to cancel and reschedule I decided to call the day of (it was a holiday weekend). They were going to charge me a no show fee for that appointment.
