I was seen on an emergency basis for sudden hearing loss while visiting family in NY. Dr. Keller thoroughly explained the results of my hearing exam, possible causes and next steps. She made sure I understood the importance of following up with an ENT as soon as I got home and even asked me to keep her updated on my situation. She was one of the most professional and personable doctors I have had. I wish she could be my ENT at home.
Should have read other bad reviews before the visit. I faced the same thing that I feel that there’s no treatment/advice given based on the reason of my visit. She just said she doesn’t know most of the time. I have to seek for other doctor advice unfortunately. I had good experience with other ENT doctor from the same office but not this one unfortunately.
