I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Keller. I went in with significant pain due to fluid in my ear and could barely hear, yet my discomfort was not addressed during the visit. Instead, she recommended an MRI and prescribed several steroid-based medications, but did not identify or treat what turned out to be the actual issue. I later saw another provider who quickly recognized the fluid buildup and treated it appropriately without unnecessary testing.
