When I see Dr. Hugate for my hips, I feel like I’m getting the best possible care. He is patient and kind and always willing to explain things to me. I appreciate his expertise and will continue to see him for my orthopedic care for years to come.
He is a really good listener and explainer. also, he really pay into details on my case. I had an acl avulsion (with acl fully intact). I did MRI and CT scan to confirm the details of the fractures and he also did some physical test to confirm. From there he decided to not go for surgery and let my bone in braces, straight for 6 weeks and really hope the bone will heal fantastically. Im now at my 9w post injury and everything is on track (now im on the weaning off the brace stage). I really hope that this will heal perfectly... read more
I saw Dr Hugste and his team for a knee issue and couldn’t have been happier with the care received . He is a good listener, thorough diagnostician and handles more complicated cases with very good outcomes. His team was organized and responsive in communications from initial consult, tests and surgery. I highly recommend!
Thanks to Dr. Ron Hugate and his excellent medical team for giving me a great result on my knee replacement. I was referred to Dr. Hugate because I was in need of a very complex knee replacement revision. I just had my 2-year post-surgery check-up and I’m able to resume a very active exercise regimen with walking, hiking, biking, tennis, and weight training — all with no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Hugate.
Wonderful doctor, 'extra' ordinary! My 1st hip replacement in 2014 with another surgeon was and still is a disaster. Dr. Hugate replaced my other hip in 2020 and what a difference. I only wish I had found him in 2014. The staff is great and I would only use Dr. Hugate for any replacement needed. My only complaint is how long it takes to get an appointment with him but worth the wait. He is very easy to talk too and he 'listens'.
