Dr Hugate is extremely professional, compassionate and an excellent surgeon.
Dr Hugate did precisely what my referring physician and I asked him to do in a very friendly and efficient manner. I liked him immediately.
My mom was very pleased with the results of her visit with Dr. Hugate. She found him to be very personable, communicative and efficient. He recommended nonsurgical options for her issues and so far they’ve worked wonders.
Dr. Hugate's staff Jenna Manzanilla is very poor communicator, aloof and quite honestly - semi literate. She has failed to expedite paperwork with my insurance provider for a knee revision surgery, resulting in significant delays in my care and excruciating pain. Dr. Hugate himself is nice when you see him, otherwise - it is impossible to get him on the phone. Dr. Hugate did a revision of a total knee replacement that I had done 20 plus years earlier. So far I have had a much easier time of recuperating than I had with the the first knee replacement. Dr. Hugate and Justin, his Physician Assistant, are well versed in handling complex orthopedic issues. All of his staff have been friendly and helpful.
Dr. Hugate knows his field and knows when a patient needs another set of eye's to look at their unique situation. The Doctor's at Panarama work together to help the whole patient.
I really like this doctor. He takes the time to explain everything and you dont feel like you are being rushed through. And he was also on time. I saw him at my scheduled time

Dr Hugate replaced 2 severely damaged hips for me. I was in extreme pain due to both hips had collapsed. His level of care & concern was above & beyond normal physicians. He is as n excellent surgeon & I would recommend him to everyone. My son needs a knee replacement after a previous surgery & I’m sure he’ll use Dr Hugate!
