I was very impressed with my appointment. The appointment went fast and Dr. Allen and his staff kept me informed throughout the appointment. He was very honest and not just about the money. I had 2 teeth he was looking at and he did one of them that day and the other one he told me I did not need treatment done. That really impressed me. His office was very clean and they were really funny .
I was very scared about my appointment since I had not had a root canal before. The doctor was very nice along with his staff. I was in and out for my appointment and it was not different than having a filling done.
Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to put my children on Medicaid. One of my children had to have a root canal. Thank goodness for Dr. Allen and the fact that he takes Medicaid . He not only takes Medicaid he treated us like we had “traditional” insurance. His whole staff have the biggest hearts and made the dreaded process so pleasant. Thank you! I would highly recommend.
Dr. ALLEN office was awful and did not answer my questions. They even said we do not want my daughter as a patient.
Was scheduled quickly for root canal. Very professional, friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Allen kept me informed before, during and after procedure. Was given cost estimate in advance of procedure. This was my 3rd procedure with Dr. Allen in past 17 years, and above remarks are true for all 3 visits. I would have no hesitation to refer family or friends, and would go to him again if I ever need another root canal.
