Wow, what a great experience! The appointment was quick. We did not have to mess with a separate consult appointment. Dr. Allen examined my 13 year old's tooth and went to work right away with the root canal. My son was so nervous the morning before we got there that he threw up. Doc Allen has a way about him that made my son feel safe and all worries were gone. Procedure took no time and we were on our way. All the girls that work there are so friendly and sweet as well!!! Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is beyond the norm, they care about you and your health and you can tell. Dr. Allen was everything you'd hope for in an endodontist, he is incredibly professional and highly trained. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Dr Allen & staff were so nice and made me feel calm. They answered any questions I had. Dr Allen was through with his explanation of the root canal to me. I was in and out so fast and it was painless!! Thank you so much to Dr Allen and his team!
First visit, X-ray and he said he was sure I needed a root canal but not 100% as he didn’t have records from my dentist. Went for second visit and he said I was right you should have listened. When needle was inserted it felt like it was going into bone, I was shaking and crying. He lacked compassion and empathy towards me. After having a second root canal that was pleasant, I know this experience with Dr Allen was traumatic and will never recommend him to anyone.
It was the best! I recommend him because he as very nice and tells you exactly what happens. The front desk was really sweet and I will come back any time I need to!
