My first time here. I had an emergency. I called explain my problem and.was seen the next day. Everyone was considerate, helpful and very welcomng. Great team, Dr Jacob.
It's great to have a real Dentist that takes time with you and listens to you as well. Even better, he is there every time you go and not like the corporate dental groups that seem to change dentists at will. Good office environment as well.
Dr. Jacob explains what he is doing and shows you pictures of the situation as he goes along. I found this very helpful/informative since I have not had that kind of communication before from prior dentists. I will mention one thing that could be improved. In two different visits where I have needed a crown, two different dental assistants who worked on me were young and somewhat inexperienced so it took them longer to get the temporary crowns built and put on. Very nice friendly staff, and the dotor thorough and genuinely concerned. The office set me up with a plan to combat my periodontal issue. It took years before I was able to find the right dentist in my area, I hit a homerun with Dr. Jacob.
Always thorough, always professional and I trust this office with my care.
I was in for my semi-annual cleaning and my hygienist, Arlene, provided her usual complete service. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry and answered all my questions about preventative maintenance.
We have just had our first visit...we found the staff and Dr. Jacob to be professional and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to inform us of the procedures and results. Along with the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Jacob, we were made to feel welcome and at home by the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I am terrified to go to the dentist, but Dr Jacob and his staff are so compassionate, and informative, that it makes my going a lot easier. I’m so happy I found them and I Recommend Modern dental to all my friend and family.
The overall feeling I felt was that it was a very thorough exam, the office is state of the art. The staff were nice
