Awesome staff and Dentist. Team is always professional and thorough.
I tried two other dentists in Pam Coast before I found Dr. Jacob. I am very happy with him and his staff.
I had to call three times and make three trips to the pharmacy before a critical prescription was called in prior to my appointment. The staff did apologize but they need to manage this better !
I had both a dental cleaning and a crown implant recently on different dates. Dr. Jacob and his staff provided a thorough preparation for the crown to replace the missing tooth. The replacement is working out fine. The cleaning by Jay was excellent and he was very informative on all aspects of my upcoming replacements of crowns that were originally placed over forty years ago. Dr. Jacobs and his staff are to be commended on their professional expertise in all areas.

Although I have had an excellent experience with everyone there, lovely people, friendly and caring and Dr Jacob is awesome, my biggest concern is cost and being able to continue treatment.
My daughter is not a fan of the dentist but thoroughly enjoys her experiences with you and your staff. You all are so kind and respectful to her. That is saying something especially when it is a teenager. We are so glad to have found your practice!
Dr. Jacob was thorough and helpful, but the hygenist was rude and judgmental and the office was unorganized and not clean. The front office staff whispered behind my back when I asked for my records to get a second opinion. I was there for almost 1.5 hours and that didn't even include a cleaning. On cleanliness, there were stains and debris on the floor, spills and clutter on the cabinets, messy cords in the corners and no where to put your personal belongings while in the chair.
