RecommendedUPDATE: I have had my 2015 Honda CRV for 17 days and the battery is no longer holding a charge. I'm going into the service center to see if they will help. having to take a vacation day from work to do so. not super happy about this. My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. We've used their service department for years (Hi, Josh!), but we'd never tried their sales dept. From the quick response to my online request (Melanie), to our _amazing_ salesperson (Dylan Hrkac), his manager (Mark), and the finance guy (Kirk), we felt like we had a team of people working for us. Awful customer service. Stay away from any of the Ron Tonkin dealerships. They were condescending to both my roommate and myself at different locations.
