I bought my van 44 days ago, my side doors malfunctioned (won’t OPEN at all, manually or electrically) and my engine has been giving me a lot of issues, especially on cold starts. The Used Car manager did not show any interest in help me with the front light of the used car that I bought there a few days ago, Used cars don`t suppose to pass an inspection before it goes to sales. His answer " There is nothing wrong whit it , It is just like that" Be careful with the used cars!
I was very impressed with my visit this morning for necessary maintenance at Ron Tonkin Honda. I was very concerned about keeping the appointment, due to corona virus issues, and was armed with my own sanitary wipes, gloves, etc. I was greeted by advisors wearing gloves and was assured that the waiting areas were sanitized multiple times during the day. Took my car in for repair based on good reviews. My experience was more than good. Detrick went above and beyond to fix the problem and it was not an easy fix. Every step of the way everyone was professional, kind, respectful and thorough. Highly recommend!
Bill Kruse, is the most honest and patient man I’ve worked with. I’m already thinking of when I have to buy another car he’s the only person I will deal with.
I just purchased a GMC Acadia from them . John Hill was the salesman , he was very nice to me , my daughter and my grandma , not pushy at all and he drove us back and fourth from Portland to Gresham to see the car I wanted . Harry in finance was also very accommodating, very energetic 😂 and funny . We had a great experience with them
