I just purchased a new Jeep from Ron Tonkin and the sales department is fantastic. They did not push a vehicle on me that I didn’t want and understood exactly what I was looking for. I was noticed when it got to their lot and the buying process was smooth with no hiccups. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. 180 degree difference to the dealerships that push cars on you just trying to make a sale. If you go looking for a car, ask for Allan Drake. I really enjoyed working with him.
I don't know about the Sales Dept...but service...are you kidding me almost 3 hours for an oil change...with an appointment. First thing in the morning. HORRIBLE!!!!
Very efficient and timely. Made contact with me during the service to assess, and ask if I wanted other service, other than what I asked for earlier.
They wait until your ready to sign papers in finance to tell you the truck they just tried to sell you (that was advertised on their website) has recalls and now they can’t sell it to you! Maybe you should know what vehicles have recalls before someone spends all afternoon trying to buy one!!! In addition their “special finance” guy Scott was RUDE!!!

Horrible service.. don’t go!!!! They lost/misplaced our key. Said Were we sure we dropped our vehicle off or must not have dropped our vehicle at the right location. They can’t help us. “WAIT WHAT???!!” Finally after a lot of back and forth they find the key. My god its park right out side guys in your service lot been there overnight. Not easy to miss. 2 days without my vehicle. When I wanted to file a complaint was totally dismissed.
