I made an appointment for a recall and an oil change. When I checked in the only had recall on the books so I reminded them about the oil change. They had my Jeep for a day and a half I come to pick it up no oil change. They then tell me to stay for an hour they could have my oil change done. 45 min later I ask if my Jeep is done and they had not even started and they said there was two cars ahead of me! They did do the oil change the next day but they had my Jeep for a day and a half and could not even do an oil change. Als... read more
Ron Tonkin was pretty great. I bought a used truck from them, and my only negative thought on the turn out is that they didnt fill my gas tank, or detail the truck. Not the worst thing in the world. I love my truck, and they made the buying experience pretty quick and painless.
Gary and the finance person were efficient and helpful. We were pressured to buy things we didn't want. They knew what they were doing and got it done.
The service is excellent and the bonus so is the entire staff. Everyone is willing to help answer questions and help you get back on the road as soon as possible. They perform the service quick and professional. I highly recommend them. Their a sure fire 10.
