I own a Fiat 500L now and I can always count on him to get me in for service in a timely manner, give me a quote that is usually right on, and get me on my way. I always take my car for service at this dealership because of Jonny!!
Scott was a great asset and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Arron in finance was also helpful and non-pushy about the add-ons. The whole experience was the first time I had a positive time at a dealership. I went in with certain non-negationables and they respected them and worked with me to achieve a car that matched.
Easy appointment, ready when I got there even early. Listened and evaluated my concerns. Speedy, efficient and worth the trip.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience at Ron Tonkin. I fully expected to be slammed with pressure sales but it didn't turn out that way. The sales staff were very respectful and no pressure. I came and went about 6 times driving different trucks before finally choosing one. Each and every time they were respectful.
Service was great! I will bring my Jeep back when service is needed.
