During these times and the way you have to do business. (2020) we had a Great experience. * we called and scheduled a appointment for a test drive. Our salesman Greg Scuka was there with the car ready and walked us through the vehicle and took us for a test drive. He answered all of our questions and showed us a lot of the features we would be looking for in the next few days. * we bought it, it was a used vehicle, Thank You!!!!
We went here looking to purchase a vehicle on a short timeline. The salesperson decided we were not “serious buyers” and would not allow us to test drive a vehicle without pre-committing to buying. How can we commit to buying a car if we have not test driven it yet? We felt really discouraged after this experience and that the salesperson may have pre-judged us based on our race or assumed we couldnt afford the car. the finance writer showed me paperwork for Selco_CU which I was preappoved for and got upset with me for not wanting anything extra offerred . When I received the paper work he change it to becu higher interest rate.. I finally got everything switch over but cost fees and time. be aware of this dealership

First time customer and was greeted by very friendly staff member who quickly checked me in and assured me that all my issues would be taken care of. In less than an hour I was handed my keys and was on my way to my next appointment. The building was brand new and very clean and modern. Highly recommend Tonkin Chrysler Jeep etc. 👍😎
