Worst customer service ever! Service department sucks! They'll try to upsell you things you don't need and charge an arm and leg! I will never shop or Service any of my cars at any Ron Tonkin dealership ever again. Just read their reviews for yourself they have plenty of complaints and unhappy customers!
As a customer and former employee I regard this place as the home for all Acuras! Service, sales, and everyone at the dealership is extremely approachable and passionate about their jobs.
Becky was so amazing and honest! We had never bought a new car before so she was so helpful. I def recommend her!
Overall a very good dealership / shop. Acura though... just discouraged me: wiper blades fell apart even though I was JUST there for service 1-2 months ago (why didn't they check them?)... then I came to find out that WIPER BLADES are [wait for it]... A DEALER ITEM ONLY!! I could not find them at any parts store. Very disappointed, shocked, saddened.
Had a great experience today at the Service Center! The staff was awesome and they took care of me right away! Thanks and Merry Christmas!
