Great Dr and great staff. Very friendly and down to earth.

Dr. Slate takes the time to listen to your issue, adequately determine the problem, and provide treatment. He is great to answer your questions.
Dr Slate is very professional and caring doctor who takes his time with patients and listens to their concerns. He even does wound care for his patients at the wound healing center at the CHI StLukes hospital in Lake Jackson. I would recommend him to my friend and friends.

Dr. Slate is pretty much everything you look for in a doctor: knowledgeable, kind, respectful, professional and listens to your concern and answers all your questions. He did an excellent job on my foot surgery and has been reachable even after hours during my recovery. I cannot recommend him enough.
