New patient visit. Dr. Slate explained the issues in terms I understood. He gave me a few options on treatments available and let me decide what I wanted to do.
I went too see Dr. Slate for a diabetic foot exam staff was very helpful and very professional. Dr Slate did a diabetic foot exam and the results were very positive

Dr Slate was very nice. He took the time to explain my situation and answer my questions as well as give me the information to correct the problem. Staff was friendly.
I had an ingrown toenail. I called his office to make an appointment and I was able to get in to see him within 30 minutes of my call. He treated me right away and ordered my an anti-biotic. The pain eased right away. He made sure not to hurt me. He has real nice bedside manners. I would recommend him 100% to everyone.
The front desk person greeted me when I came in and asked me to fill out paperwork on a tablet. Not long after I finished I was escorted to a room where Dr Slate came in a few minutes later and examined my toe and explained what it was and what I needed to do for it. The experience was very helpful and and I would certainly recommend Dr Slate to anyone that I know.
