I purchased a Ron ********* home in*************** in 2013. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality job that Covington Homes did in building my home. They were timely in addressing all punch list items and filled my home with lots of little touches I loved. In 4.5 years of home ownership, I only had to make two minor repairs. Covington Homes does not return your earnest money which they write into their contracts. They take advantage and bully people with their lawyers, and do not help members of the armed forces who loose their orders and cannot literally pay for the home they intended to purchase. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company, especially veterans.

Mr. ******** entered into a legally binding Contract with Covington Homes to purchase a New home. New home purchases are not the same as resale real estate transactions. Homebuilders take substantial risk and invest large amounts of capital into building homes for their customers. Homebuilders have the ability to take out construction loans for the purposes of building new homes, and do so for their customers.
