As a home owner in multiple states I was unable to inspect each phase of the building process. Fortunately, I was in good hands with Garrett (sales manager) and Nick (project manager) always taking the time to handle this for me. They would touch base with either my wife or I to make sure all of our initial ideas and thoughts for the home were taken care of throughout the building process. Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with Covington. Would NOT recommend.

Prior ****** review added to the BBB. Covington Homes - Ron and Grace are intentionally all about community as a small home builder presence in CO Springs! They care and are personally involved in providing home buyers with quality havens. There is no other known builder big or small that host annual events for home buyers! I had the pleasure of representing Ron & Grace Covington on the sale of their personal home that they built. The first impression of the home was that it was absolutely gorgeous and well built. The attention to detail was incredible. When Ron & Grace moved out of their home, they made a punchlist so that the buyers were getting as close to a new house as possible. My husband and I looked at a Covington home model when we began our search for our dream home. We instantly fell in love with the Covington model, but we looked at other builders just to see what was available-nothing even compared. We went with Covington and built our dream home and we still are in love with it almost 4 years later. Covington cares about their homeowners and even puts together events to bring everyone together. Our home was very well built, is absolutely beautiful, and we are extremely happy!

Worst home builder I have ever dealt with. They use horrible contractors that do not honor their warranties. They blame the homeowner or say "It's part of home maintenance". Did not know the house would fall apart in six months.

It is unfortunate that you feel this way. Covington Homes has completed all of your warranty. Recently you reported an irrigation leak to our Warranty dept. It was found that the irrigation riser and valve box home froze after you contracted with a landscape company to install the rear yard landscaping. The landscaping was installed and the irrigation turned on prior to the deep freeze. CHC stresses that ALL irrigation should be turned off during freezing temps.
