The Sales lady was not very helpful. She had the "take it or leave it" type of attitude. "I would have to work this Saturday to get the vehicle you want so I really can't budge much on the price." Very Happy What a great experience!! Found the truck we were looking for online. Emailed back and forth a couple of time and made a deal. This is how buying a car should be. I had a great interest rate from my bank that they matched and saved me going to the bank to get the loan. Had to have some items I purchased with the truck installed and Robert in service handled it all. Overall I was extremely happy and would and do go back there. Maybe free coffee???
Ron Baker Chevrolet-Isuzu is a Bad Evil Place I would give it negative 300 starts, if I could. Long story short- they would not honor a battery recall/bulletin from a 2007 (2 YEAR OLD CAR) and refused to negotiate the outrageous $235 price tag. For a battery. They are crooks and thieves. I will never do business with them again and I HOPE THAT NO ONE I EVER KNOW OR MEETS DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM. STAY AWAY. Give your money to someone else.

Ron Baker chevrolet has been the worst experience of a lifetime, the service writers and technicians don't know a thing, do not deal with Martin Mendoza or Ron the service manager they go by the book and cannot think outside the box to try and solve any issues that your car has,i took my mothers 07' Saturn Aura for service and warranty work, 4 wheel alignment, oil change, water pump and some steering part, they kept the car for 8 days and when they returned it to us it had a weird noise... read more
Ron Baker Chevrolet-Isuzu is a Liar Well, i brought a used car, and paid cash for it right there on the spot. Since i was paying cash i asked them not to run my credit. I did not want any inquries on my credit report because i was also shopping for a home ( didn't want anything to touch my scores). The sales folks and representatives that i was dealing with assured me that they would not run my credit, after all, what for?...I'm paying cash!... Horrible Service!!! I attempted to have my Silverado serviced at Ron Baker. GOOD LUCK! After waiting 20 minutes in line for assistance while several service personnel were standing around. I went and found the Service Manager and explained the situation to him. He seemed genuinely bothered that I was bringing this problem to his attention. Needless to say, he didn't help me either. Torres the Manager & Eddy Loera Assistant and bad customer service I just bought a $48000.00 new car. I was approached by a nice man all of the sudden a different man took over, who we made a deal with but he started hiding numbers from us.
