Torres the Manager & Eddy Loera Assistant and bad customer service I just bought a $48000.00 new car. I was approached by a nice man all of the sudden a different man took over, who we made a deal with but he started hiding numbers from us. SHADY BUSINESS DEALINGS I bought a used car from Ron Baker and I have had it only 15 months and had to have all new front brakes put on the front. I had the brake pad fall off on the passengers side and when I took it in, they said the caliper and the rotor was worn down. I know that I didn't wear it down that much. I drive mostly freeway, so that had to have been like that when I purchased the car. I would have had to ride my brakes consistently for the caliper and rotor to be as worn as it was. Bossy staff at Ron Baker Chevrolet I purchased a used truck from the used car lot at Ron Baker and it was the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I felt as if I was attacked by the staff. I showed up at the lot just looking and a very nice young guy approached me and was helping me out wonderfully. I assume that his polite sales method wasn't good enough because after spending 15 minutes with him I was brought into a office and literally surrounded by 4 men (none of whom was the original salesman.)
