Love Romm Diamonds. We got our engagement rings and the bands for our upcoming wedding there as well and the rings are just beautiful. We have a nice time anytime we stop in... whether we are purchasing that day or not. The staff there is great. We're getting to know them all pretty well, so I think that means we spend way too much time here! :-)
Love RommDiamonds! I get treated with respect & dignity! The staff is always professional & nonjudgmental of appearance! I say this because I don't look like other people & have a lot of tattoos, which they look past! My money is green like everyone else! We brought my husbands wedding band to get polished. It turned out there was a scratch in it and they wanted to send it away for repair. 6 weeks and several phone calls later we finally were told his ring had come in. After a lot of dodging our questions, it came out that it was a new ring and they DESTROYED my husbands wedding band. This was all without asking us. Thank you for your input. We are very sorry you are unhappy. We did our best and are never happy when we disappoint a customer. Our memory is that your husband's ring was an alternative metal, such as titanium. It is not possible for us or any other jeweler to repair an alternative metals. The only solution we have in that situation is to return it to the original manufacturer. We thought they would repair the ring, but they chose to replace it with a new ring. As a senior citizen, I can say that I love the fact that Romm's has been around all of my life. To me that means they are fair and trustworthy. My own father bought my mother's diamond engagement ring at Romm's back in the 1930's. They're tried and true.
