I brought a watch in to have a battery changed. Romm’s has replaced the battery in that watch twice before without issue. This time they claimed that they weren’t sure if it could be done because it was digital and had screws in the back, and that it might have to be sent out. I’m not sure why this time was different. They have batteries on hand. They have tiny screwdrivers. Jewelers change watch batteries all the time.

ive had Romms way back in the beginning of the 80s. i had special ring made there and i would still have it if i didnt get robbed in florida. But i love your jewelry

We bought our Engagement ring there47 years ago, and it glows like we just purchased it, we also use to purchase other Jewelry there as well, an older gentleman was there at the time, they truly are the very best, we still send our friends there, they are truthful and very informative.
Romm diamonds is the best! Diane spent so much time helping me search for a bar necklace in their catalogues and made multiple calls. She really went out of her way to help me find my mom the perfect present for Christmas! I have shopped there before and the staff are always so helpful and friendly!!
I’ve been going to Romm for years! We bought our wedding bands there is 1999. Everyone there is super nice. Diane has helped me on a number of occasions. She helped me replace a lost wedding band and just recently she helped fix my ring that lost a stone. She is awesome! Thank you all so much!!! Highly recommend going to Romm’s!!
