I was extremely pleased with the rapid response to my call in requesting someone to come over to our condo in North Chicago to inspect it for water damage to our ceiling and walls. Cris Drimboi, their project manager, was able to assess our damage within 2 days, after a very thorough evaluation. His estimate for the repairs was extremely reasonable. What can I say about these guys. Such a professional, honest, and hard working crew. They restored our family room and crawl space after it flooded when our sump pump failed. They were really responsive, respectful, and most of all really consultative since we are new homeowners. I will definitely be calling them with any future needs I have. Hopefully next time it is on my terms, and not mother natures!
