We were one of many people that had a sump pump failure when the major rains hit the Naperville area. I called Romexterra and they had their crew here in no time with a new sump pump. They started immediately on the mitigation process and had the carpet and baseboards taken out and the basement drying with industrial fans and dehumidifiers. They saved us of having a much more expensive repair by their prompt response. So far Marie, Sean, Julian have been awesome they came right out and helped me with a water issue and have been amazing getting my house back together they have explained what’s going to happen and how things get processed hands down amazing

Words can’t express how relieved we felt when the Romexterra crew, specifically Cris, Dan and Omar, arrived on the scene within hours of our basement flood last weekend! Cris, the manager, was professional and honest in his assessment; and Dan and Omar worked tirelessly all day to get the base boards off and drying and some of the drywall removed. Their work was clean and thorough, and they were courteous and trustworthy. Can’t say enough about this great, family-owned company!
