Response time was very fast. Repair time was as soon and quick as possible. Charlie was present for every insurance adjuster appointment and made every effort to encourage insurance company to provide the amount needed. He understood how to work with the insurance company and took care of all the paperwork. He was personable and helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us all the time we needed to understand and make decisions. He went well above and beyond the expected service. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Romexterra. We were always able to reach them, and they were prompt in scheduling a visit to address water damage from a washing machine. Jason was helpful in helping us to understand insurance and Marie was great at scheduling and responding to questions. Our team lead, Ryan, was the best - very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and friendly. We had an area of wood floor that was warped and wet tiles in our laundry area. We can’t say enough great things about Alex at Romexterra. During one of the most destructive storms our area had seen in a long time, he was at our home within an hour to assess our damage and help any way he could. The following morning he checked in on us, and continued to make us feel at ease with the entire situation. His prices were totally reasonable and he was so empathetic. We can’t thank him enough for his continued help even days later!!! Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Alex!

Alex and team were phenomenal. We had a water back up, Alex came immediately to assess the damage in our home and got a game plan in place. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster which took a lot of work and pressure off me. They did everything from remediation, moving out and storing our furniture, and GCing the project including floors, drywall, repainting, etc. Special thanks to Dan who was the nicest guy, really took great care of our house, and came back to do very detailed touch ups to satisfy some pretty picky ... read more
