Dr. Tagala and his wife Victoria pretty much runs a pill mill and are not professional at all. My brother is dead because of this, I begged them to stop prescribing him pain killers because of numerous suicide attempts. The worst part is he didn't need them. So the pill mill is here folk's. Thanks for killing my brother!!
