Slow service! The restaraunt was not very well kept. Our glasses were dirty when we arrived to the table, the floor was filthy and needed to be swept/mopped and the bathroom was not well kept either.

The service is really pathetic. I blame the leadership for understaffing on NYE. Setting up the employees for failure is due to inexperienced management.

Last night my son and I ordered to go around 745 8 PM we had a chicken Alfredo and a pepperoni pizza this morning in the wee hours we are both vomiting and having back to back bowel movements. When I went to go grab my pick up I noticed that the chef was cleaning his nails, I knew that wasn't sanitary in my head but of course I didn't think that it would lead to anything like this. With a lot of empty tables, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the host desk. Then they told us a 15 minute wait, it wasn’t even half full, and on a Saturday evening at 6:40! The front desk seemed lost, like they had no idea what they were doing. The food and service were good after an annoying beginning. But that initial start took 2 stars away as we were there to enjoy dinner and started out with an annoying beginning.
Hour wait with tons of empty tables. Dining area was smokey. Bar tender dropping F bombs and didnt put bitters in Old Fashioned. One of our party of three got their food delivered cold and had it remade. That same person woke up at 2am with the squirts. The bathroom stunk, was dirty, toilet literally looked like it wasnt cleaned in over a month. Our server Sophia was nice. Our theory is that they are going out of business and nobody cars any more?
